Community Guidelines

FakeMe is a creative platform where users can generate and share personalized AI-driven media. We believe in fostering a community where creativity, expression, and innovation thrive, while ensuring a respectful, safe, and supportive environment for all users.

These Community Guidelines outline the standards and behaviors we expect from our community members. While we aim to clearly define acceptable and prohibited content, unforeseen situations may arise. FakeMe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine what violates the spirit of these guidelines and take appropriate action.

We encourage responsible use of FakeMe and rely on our community to report any content that contradicts these guidelines via our app or by emailing support@fakemeapp.com

Sexually Explicit Content

  • Do not upload, generate, or share pornographic, vulgar, or offensive content.
  • Do not create, upload, or share non-consensual sexual imagery.
  • Nudity in videos, GIFs, or photos is strictly prohibited.

Minor Safety

  • Users must meet our minimum age requirement (see Terms of Use).
  • Do not upload, generate, or share sexual content involving any person under 18, including yourself.
  • Any content depicting physical or psychological abuse of minors is strictly prohibited.
  • Do not use the faces of minors unless you are a minor using your own face and meet our minimum age requirement.

Harassment & Bullying

  • Harassment, bullying, or threats of any kind are not tolerated.
  • Do not upload, generate, or share content featuring another person’s face without their express consent and legal rights.
  • If someone blocks you, do not attempt to contact them through another account.
  • Do not create content with the intention of harassing, bullying, or threatening others.
  • Do not share content featuring people in private spaces (e.g., bathrooms, locker rooms) without their knowledge and consent.
  • Always obtain permission before using someone’s personally identifiable information (e.g., face or voice) to create content, and delete such content if requested.
  • Do not collect or store personally identifiable information of other users without explicit written consent.

Violence & Hate Speech

  • Do not upload, generate, or share content that is physically or psychologically violent, threatening, or promotes violence against any person, entity, or animal.
  • Do not create content that encourages self-harm, including suicide, self-mutilation, or body shaming.
  • Do not discriminate or attack others based on race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, body size, disability, or veteran status.
  • Do not upload, generate, or share content that promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, or harm toward any individual or group.
  • Content that denies well-documented violent events, such as the Holocaust, is strictly prohibited.

Fake or Misleading Information

  • Do not create political content that impersonates or misleads others in a speculative manner.
  • Do not upload, generate, or share content intended to manipulate or interfere in elections or civic processes.
  • Content that is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive outside of an entertainment context is prohibited.
  • Do not impersonate or misrepresent affiliation with any person or entity.

Illegal Content

  • Do not violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Do not use FakeMe to promote or engage in illegal activities such as drug trafficking, sale of counterfeit goods, or illegal weapons.
  • Do not upload, generate, or share content that violates any law or regulation or encourages illegal conduct.

Terrorism

  • Content that promotes violent extremism, terrorism, or recognized terrorist organizations is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

  • Do not upload, generate, or share content that infringes, misappropriates, or violates any third party’s intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or rights of publicity and privacy.

Platform Integrity

  • Do not alter, remove, or distort any digital watermarks, authenticity markers, or labels applied to FakeMe content.
  • Do not attempt to evade or circumvent moderation policies, security measures, or enforcement actions.
  • Do not mirror, frame, or use FakeMe’s name, trademarks, or proprietary elements without express written consent.
  • Do not access, tamper with, or interfere with FakeMe’s services, systems, or networks.
  • Do not probe, scan, or test the security of any FakeMe system or network.
  • Do not attempt to bypass or deactivate any security measures implemented by FakeMe.
  • Do not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the FakeMe platform.
  • Do not send unsolicited promotions, spam, or solicitations.
  • Do not forge TCP/IP headers or manipulate network information to misrepresent data.
  • Do not interfere with the platform by overloading, spamming, or other disruptive actions.

Enforcement

These guidelines apply to all members and content on the FakeMe platform. Violations may result in:

  • Content visibility limitations or removal.
  • Temporary or permanent account suspension.
  • Additional labels on sensitive content.
  • Bans of individuals or organizations from the FakeMe community.
  • If necessary, notification to law enforcement authorities.
